We are seeking to recruit a Creative Learning Co-ordinator who will be an integral part of the Creative Learning team organising the company’s educational and outreach activities. Forest Forge is run by a small, committed team and the successful candidate will have a broad role managing administration, marketing, sales and fundraising for the Creative Learning programme. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a great communicator, able to work independently and bring enthusiasm and efficiency to the role.

Forest Forge is a professional touring theatre company based in a purpose built theatre centre in Ringwood, on the edge of the New Forest National Park. The company has been providing high quality drama for rural communities in theatre and non-theatre spaces for over 32 years and has an annual footprint of over 43,000 people. The Company has a large Creative Learning programme that engages with 13,000 people a year and includes a Youth Theatre, over 55’s drama group, community projects and formal education work. The company strives to integrate the Creative Learning work with the professional touring shows.

Salary: £17000 (pro rata)
Contract: 20 hours a week to be worked mainly at the Forest Forge base in Ringwood with flexibility to attend meetings and events in other locations.
