If you are a venue based organisation and have a location page on Facebook you can now run ads that let people call direct from the ad which is potentially interesting to help push events and/or ticket sales.
If you use Hootsuite, they have recently launched a new feature that allows you to create ads via the Hootsuite platform, as explained in this video. Facebook ads manager or power editor tools are other options.
