Are you a craft artist, community practitioner or craft teacher? Are you interested in how craft skills are transmitted between women and in using craft to empower women and mothers?
You are invited to a Women’s Craft Skill Share!
2nd July 2015 3-5pm
SPAN/Silai Centre in Easton, Bristol
The skill share brings community and self-employed craft practitioners together to learn from each other’s experience of working with different groups of women throughout the city.
While we share experiences, we will make antique pockets to store the various tools, techniques, resources that we as teachers/makers/mothers/women keep literally and metaphorically tucked away in our pockets.
Childcare and refreshments provided
Please bring an object, idea or phrase that you have found helpful when running workshops with women.
To reister for the even please contact Maud Perrier.
