Job: Arts and Culture Project Manager, University of Exeter

The University of Exeter is a Russell Group University in the top one percent of institutions globally. In the last few years we have invested strategically to deliver more than GBP 350 million worth of new facilities across our campuses with plans for significant investment in the future.

The new post of Arts & Culture Project Manager will provide project support for the drafting of a new iteration of the University Arts & Culture Strategy and to act as a key coordinating point for all Arts and Culture activity across the institution during the development of the new strategy. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced candidate with a successful track record in arts administration, experience in developing impact and engagement strategies as well as proven experience of effective project and resource management.

A demonstrable track record of project management in a cultural organisational as well as a higher educational setting will be an advantage, as will experience of managing or promoting arts and culture to a wide range of stakeholders and sound knowledge of current arts policy and the issues surrounding the professional arts sector.

The starting salary will be from £33,574 on Grade F, depending on qualifications and experience.
