OpenUp Music are looking for a full-time Development Manager who can be a significant contributor to the growth and success of OpenUp Music – an organisation that empowers young disabled musicians to build inclusive youth orchestras. This is a very special opportunity to be an integral part of something that is revolutionising the musical lives of young disabled people across the country.
We’re poised to take a giant leap forward; our ambition for a National Open Youth Orchestra (the world’s first disabled-led national youth orchestra) is now a tangible goal. We need someone with the right combination of fundraising experience, business acumen, determination and passion to join us and help make this happen.
Working with a small group of dedicated individuals who have already made great strides with OpenUp Music, this pivotal role could provide you with an opportunity not only to deploy your flair and flexibility, but also to demonstrate these attributes through the kind of real-world results that genuinely change lives.
It is essential that you are highly efficient, capable of taking the business of the charity to the next level, and committed to providing the best possible options for successful major fundraising bids. We believe passionately in the strength that diversity brings to a team and welcome applications from all sections of the community. If you are disabled and require any adjustments to enable you to work please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org, we would be very keen to discuss this with you.
