Job: Programme and Marketing Manager, The Mill Arts Centre, Banbury, Oxfordshire

The Mill Arts Centre, operated by The Mill Arts Centre Trust, is a multi-form arts and cultural centre located in the heart of the busy market town of Banbury, serving a diverse and growing population.

This is an opportunity to join the Mill Arts Centre team at a key time, as it continues to develop an exciting and engaging programme of high quality, irresistible arts performances and participation opportunities.

If you are someone with:

  • exceptional leadership skills,
  • a background in marketing and communications,
  • the ability to create, develop and energise the artistic programme as a whole,
  • commitment to  exceptional personal delivery and motivating a team,

who is willing to work closely with the Arts Centre Director and drive forward the Arts Centre’s ambitious business objectives then we hope to hear from you.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level to the development of The Mill, a professional and motivated team and will have scope to make a significant difference to the artistic experience for all audiences.

Full Time (40 hours per week)
Salary £25,757 – £28,848 (dependant on experience)
