Beyond Borders has been made possible by a pioneering UK wide partnership between PRS for Music Foundation, Arts Council of Wales, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Arts Council of Ireland / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and Creative Scotland who joined forces to support cross border collaboration.
