Opportunity: Call out for textile artist and theatre practitioner for HLF funded Fabric of Life project

Wiltshire Youth Arts Partnership is seeking a textile artist to and theatre practitioner to work with young people who will be exploring and researching the history of fashion as expression of identity. The young people will be working towards design and performance and sharing of their work in the form of a fashion show.

The successful applicants will need to be ready to start working on the project in April 2017 and the final piece will need to be complete and ready to show to an audience by November 2017.

The artists fee is £2000 inclusive per artist/practitioner. This should cover a weekly attendance at the youth group (2 hours per week), any rehearsal days, research and any additional hours needed. Download the artist/practitioner briefs below:
