Arnolfini is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team to help us to create and deliver public engagement and programme activity in order to support our future ambitions. You will be a key member of Arnolfini’s management team, with specific responsibility for the development, production and realisation of an audience-focussed, interdisciplinary programme.
We are looking for someone imaginative, flexible and ambitious, capable of making a genuine contribution to Arnolfini’s future through working with artists, collaborators, audiences and other members of the team to develop work of quality and impact. You will have a well-developed understanding of the national arts ecology, and strong network of resources to draw upon both broadly and within specific areas of artistic practice, development and production. You will be committed to the values and aims that drive Arnolfini’s future as an organisation, widening access, maintaining quality, and working collaboratively.
Arnolfini encourages applications from people of all backgrounds but particularly welcomes applications from candidates from BAME backgrounds as they are under-represented within our team.
The post is offered at £29,500 per annum. Hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
