Job: Marketing and Communications Director, Live Theatre Winchester Trust

Live Theatre Winchester Trust, incorporating Theatre Royal Winchester and Hat Fair is looking for a Marketing and Communications Director to become the final part in a new look leadership team with exciting plans for the future.

If you wish to make a real impact in developing a creative organisation’s profile and success this is the perfect role for you.

We require a creative communicator with experience of management and cultural marketing who relishes developing profile and engagement and increasing sales.

You will be a can do person with real passion for what we do and a desire to connect communities to our work.

You will see the combination of a multi art form programme in a beautiful Edwardian theatre and a nationally recognised Outdoor Arts festival as an exciting marketing opportunity.

Full Time, 40hrs per week.
Salary £30,000 – £34,000.
