We are looking for a part-time (1 day or two half-days per week) Project Manager to lead ‘A Century’s Memories’, a Heritage Lottery funded project to commemorate the First World War Centenary.
You will work with a Learning Workshop Leader to set up, manage and deliver the project, and to evaluate its success and impact.
You will have excellent all-round project management skills, with particular experience in heritage or museums settings; have prior experience of working with community groups; be confident in dealing with a range of people and responding to their needs; be able to motivate and support volunteers; have good attention to detail and record-keeping.
You will have a good understanding of the Bath and North East Somerset local area and a genuine interest in the First World War Centenary and its meaning for the present day.
It is likely that you will have recent experience in a similar heritage or museums project manager role.
The ability to be flexible in work pattern would be an advantage, as there may be peaks of activity during the project.
Salary: £25,951 – £28,485 pa, pro rata
