We are looking for a casual, hourly-paid Learning Workshop Leader to deliver ‘A Century’s Memories’, a Heritage Lottery funded project to commemorate the First World War Centenary.

You will work with a Project Manager to develop and deliver the project, engaging and working with older people and young people in community settings.

You will have excellent all-round learning and engagement skills, with particular experience in heritage or museums settings; be familiar with handling and interpreting heritage objects and archive material; have prior experience of working with community groups; be confident in dealing with a range of people and responding to their needs; be able to work with volunteers; have good attention to detail and record-keeping.

You will have a good understanding of the Bath and North East Somerset local area and a genuine interest in the First World War Centenary and its meaning for the present day.

It is likely that you will have recent experience in a similar heritage or museums learning workshop leader role.
