Opportunity: Call out for actor/musician

The Last Baguette theatre company are looking for a south west based actor/musician to devise, rehearse and tour a new adaptation of The Little Match Girl for winter 2017, directed by Susana Alcuntud and written by T. A. Woodsmith. Ideally we are looking for someone who plays one or more acoustic instruments and who has experience working as an actor musician. We’d love to hear from performers who would be happy improvising and creating a musical score for the show.

The Last Baguette make fast-paced, irreverent physical comedy, and believe in the power of humour to talk about important issues of our times.  The company was formed from a shared love of theatre, bakery and humour in Paris by graduates of the Philippe Gaulier and Jacques Lecoq schools. We are company in residence at Pound Arts. The theatre we make is entertaining, accessible and eccentric.
