Opportunity: Get involved in an interactive and immersive treat – Looking after No.1 project, Bath

‘Looking After No. 1’

Get Involved

An interactive and immersive treat, a chance to work with professional actors and theatre makers.

The award-winning Natural Theatre Company and innovative Dutch physical theatre company Directie & Co (https://goo.gl/0Dz9dO) are collaborating on an exciting new interactive performance piece to premier at the Bath Fringe Festival on 29 May. The best part is you can join them.

The piece is celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Royal Crescent. It will focus on the contribution of the workers in that era, those that were not allowed through the front door, but who kept this famous building alive.

We are inviting adults and young performers (aged 14+) with any level of experience to help bring this project to life. It is free to be involved, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with other local performers, whilst developing improvisation, devising, street theatre and character building skills. Perform alongside professional actors at a major festival, as well as the rare chance to work with the incredible Yvonne van den Akker; director of Directie & Co.

This opportunity is suitable for professionals, students and anyone who loves performing.

To express your interest in taking part please contact Mark Bishop: mark@naturaltheatre.co.uk Tel: 01225 469131

Rehearsals will take place at Natural Theatre studio on the 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 May 2017. Ideally you will be available for all the rehearsal dates. However if you cannot make them all, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Performance date: 29 May 2017.
