Job: Development Officer (RAMM), Exeter

Be part of something special. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic team player to join us to grow our fundraising activities. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, be highly organised and able to manage budgets.

As our Development Officer you should be a self-starter, taking responsibility for developing a fundraising strategy; implementing plans; initiating and nurturing supporter relationships.

You should be able to demonstrate a strong and successful track record in fundraising, bringing relevant transferable experience to our organisation. An interest in arts and heritage is essential. In this role you will be a member of RAMM’s Museum Management Team, working with them to shape RAMM’s future development.

Salary scale 9 £30,153 – £32,468 plus pension contributions. Starting salary will be set according to level of experience offered by successful candidate.

This role is funded as a fixed term contract through the Arts Council England’s Major Partner Museum programme which closes in March 2018. Further extension is subject to confirmation of the detail of RAMM’s funding as a National Portfolio Organisation 2018-22.
