We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Officer to join our team working on our £48.8 million capital campaign. The role sits within the Development Team which has the responsibility for raising money to support both Colston Hall, the South West’s largest concert hall, (including its capital transformation) and Bristol Plays Music, the music hub for the city.
The role requires the successful candidate to have strong administration skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships and give excellent customer service. Working closely with the rest of the team the focus of this role is management of our membership scheme, supporting events, and bringing a professional, adaptable and proactive approach to the work of the team.
You will have previous experience of supporting fundraising and the ability to provide support with event management, including the flexibility to attend regular evening events. This is a great opportunity to gain experience whilst working for a vibrant arts organisation at a pivotal time.
Full-Time 37 Hours, Fixed-term Contract for 9 months
Salary £18,500 – £20,000 per annum, depending on experience
