The Participation Catalyst will play a pivotal part in effecting culture change across our organisation to enable greater participation from city communities. Beginning with our Curious City exhibition project you will work with our communities and ensure they have a meaningful part in this transforming project. You will be the main link between internal teams and our community stakeholders, helping us all to work with communities to gather their questions and participate in the co-design process for concepts/exhibits within our new exhibition.
You will catalyse and embed a participative approach in the working practices of the organisation, by ensuring that all At-Bristol staff have a participatory role. You will build on and develop partnerships with community groups, develop models for participation and facilitate content and question-gathering workshops and activities.
You will have experience of working with diverse communities, creating a safe collaborative space and have experience of coordinating youth programmes including youth led activities.
