Katie Moffat, head of digital at the Audience Agency, has circulated another newsletter with updates on what’s happening in the world of social media as relevant to the arts, culture museums and heritage sector. In this newsletter Katie mentions the following:
“WhatsApp has over one billion daily active users and it’s about to start letting businesses use it to chat to customers. You can read a bit more analysis of the news here but suffice to say, as a result, it could well emerge as an important customer service channel.
