The Roses is seeking a Technical Manager to work as part of the Senior Management Team and develop the Roses as a vibrant centre for arts, entertainment, education, and community activities for Tewkesbury and the wider region; and in particular to manage the technical spaces and equipment of the theatre and the presentation of all events, ensuring quality of presentation and safety of public, staff and performers, helping the theatre to maximize attendance, meet financial targets and serve a wide cross-section of the community.
