Opportunity: Freelance Project Coordinator, Evolve Music

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the board of trustees and founders of Evolve Music to oversee and coordinate our Explorers Early Intervention project.

The key purpose of this role is to coordinate the named programme, taking care of all contracting, administration, reporting and ensuring that delivery is of a high standard. As Project Coordinator you will liaise with project partners, relevant community groups and freelance music leaders on a regular basis. You will support with monitoring the project to ensure they achieve their project outcomes. You will also look after the project budget, ensuring the project is properly resourced and report back on a regular basis to the board of trustees. You will be fully briefed on the project with clear project plans and evaluation requirements. You will also be supported by the board of trustees and founders of Evolve throughout.

Our Explorers Early Intervention Project will work with and provide music based interventions for children in their early years and their families in and around Radstock. Working in partnership with Radstock Children Centre families requiring additional support for their child’s development will be referred to the programme. This project is funded by the St John’s Foundation and the Ragdoll Foundation.

  • Contract: Fixed Term – 26 months
  • Hours: 6 hours per week
  • Salary: £10,000 (£15 ph)
  • Location of work: Work from Home with access to transport to Radstock, Somerset
