Swindon Dance offers a busy programme of dance performances, classes and events in our venue in Swindon town centre. We are looking for Customer Service Assistant to join our team to ensure the venue is a welcoming and safe place for our customers.
You will be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, in person, over the phone and online. You will be dealing with enquiries and taking bookings for classes, performances and events. You will also assist the Reception Manager with day to day venue management.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a customer service role who has a commitment to providing high standards of customer care. You should be confident and outgoing and able to work with a wide range of people. Marketing/sales experience would be an advantage.
The role is for 20 hours per week – mainly afternoon and evening shifts. The rate of pay is £8.31 per hour (£8642.00 per annum)
