We currently have the opportunity for a business of 10-15 people, or two businesses of up to 5-7 people, to relocate to Glove Factory Studios.
At Glove Factory Studios we provide high quality and well-designed workspaces for small businesses. Our focus is to create and support a community of like-minded and dynamic businesses. Located between Bath and Bradford on Avon, this industrial heritage site, set within its own 32 acres of parkland in the scenic Wiltshire countryside, offers affordable studio spaces which remain sympathetic to the building’s history with exposed brick work and huge windows, while still providing an ultra modern, functional working environment.
On site, we have a host of amenities including 1GB fibre broadband providing secure access to super fast speeds in all studios with wifi managed service in communal areas. There are 2 meeting rooms, available to both visitors as well as studio holders, a free car park with 100 spaces, shower & washroom facilities and 2 lakes (home to Glove Dippers – a members only open water swimming club).
We also have The Field Kitchen which provides the perfect setting for a business lunch, or business event, for both studio holders and visitors. Open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas. It is also home to our monthly Holt Business Network breakfast talks held on the first Friday of every month at 8am: an essential platform for businesses to listen to inspiring talks, communicate and share ideas. Whilst studios rarely come available, we have had several internal moves recently which has resulted in a space, available as shared or individually.
